We produce your order within 1–2 days after purchase.
Once it’s ready, we ship it out. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Mainland Spain: 2–6 days
- International: 3–7 days
The average delivery estimate is 5 business days, although times can vary during high-demand periods.
All orders include tracking, which we automatically share once your package is on its way.
Please note: if there is a delivery delay or incident once the parcel is with the carrier, it will depend on the courier’s service and route rather than Envision.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
We can accept a return in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged (please provide photos taken right after unboxing).
- More than 14 days have passed and your order has not shipped.
Items must be unused, with tags and in original packaging.
